How much is your session fee and when is it due?
For your convenience, I offer my clients 3 types of sessions to choose from.
The session fee is due at time of booking. Session fees are non-refundable. No prints or products are included.
Child or Family Session $200
Newborn Session $250
Belly to Baby Session $350
$50 travel fee for outside of San Diego County
*session fee good for up to 4 people, $20 each additional person
*session fee and products are subject to 8.75% sales tax*
Can you explain these session types?
Of course!
Child or Family Session
This session is $200 and offers our clients the complete custom experience.
It includes a 1-2 hour session in the location of your choice and 20-30
custom processed images in a password protected online gallery.
Newborn Session
This session is $250 due to the custom nature, length of session (2-4 hours) and
intensity of work involved both at the session and in processing the images
(removal of rashes, baby acne, red spots, etc). It includes 20-30 custom processed
images in a password protected online gallery.
Belly to Baby Session
This collection of sessions is $350. It includes a mini maternity session during the
last trimester of your pregnancy, with 10 images in an online proofing gallery and
also a newborn session during the first 2 weeks of your baby’s life, with 20-30 custom
processed images in an online proofing gallery.
Can I purchase the digital files?
Yes, in fact it is required that you purchase one of my 4 digital collection options.
These collections begin at $450 and offer great incentives depending on which you choose.
Over the years, I have opted to focus my business more on the sale of digital files for
many reasons, a couple being the ability to print multiple copies of your images for friends
& family, as well as making archival copies to guarantee the safety of your images. for a lifetime.
Do you offer prints and how much do they cost?
A la carte prints begin at $40 and are available after the purchase of one of the
4 digital collection options. We offer a full line of canvas prints and press printed
cards as well, please inquire further for full product & price lists.
How many pictures will we get to choose from?
The Child/Family & Newborn Sessions provide an online gallery of 20-30 images available
for your viewing within 3 weeks of your session.
Where will we go for our session?
On location…you name it and I will be there. Your home, your favorite park,
the beach or even your own backyard make wonderful natural backdrops.
What will we do at our session?
The most important thing we will do is have FUN! The best memories happen when we are
being ourselves and loving our surroundings…these are the moments I want you to treasure.
These are moments that I want to capture.
What time of day is best for our session?
The best time of day to photograph is early morning before the sun has completely come up
or in the early evening, just before sunset. For in home sessions, we will discuss what
time of day you get the greatest amount of natural light flowing through your windows and go from there.
Babies and children do best when they are fed and well rested, so try to plan accordingly.
How long will our session be?
Sessions will last anywhere from 1-3 hours.
Can you help me decide on location and clothing?
A free initial consultation via phone or email will also be included to go over location options,
clothing choices and the overall look you are seeking from the session. After booking
your session date, you will receive an online information packet that will better explain what
to expect and how to make this experience a great one.
When will we get to see the pictures from our session?
Your session gallery will be available for online viewing within 3 weeks of your session date.
How will we view our images after our session?
Your images will be located in the client proofing section of my website and are accessible via
your own private password. You may view and order your images directly through my website in the
comfort and privacy of your own home. To view your online gallery, please enter your case sensitive
password via the “proofing” link on my splash page or via the link within my website.

How long do we have to place our order?
Your online gallery will be available for 7 days from the publish date, at the conclusion, your order is due..
Please contact me with any questions or concerns!
How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard timeframe to receive your order is 3-5 weeks from the day payment is received.
Depending on the nature of your order, it could be much sooner.
This timeframe allows for more custom products, such as canvas and albums.
What should I wear to my maternity session?
Clothing choices are very important for maternity sessions, as you want to show off that beautiful
growing baby inside your belly. I highly recommend form fitting tops or dresses that really accentuate
your beautiful curves during this time. Fun patterns and textures are always welcome
and can really add to the feel of your session.
What should my newborn baby wear at our session?
Newborns always look best in their own skin…of course! Other options include cloth diapers,
solid color or fun patterned swaddle blankets, funky hats & wraps are always a bonus!
What should we wear for our family session?
I always say coordinate, but do NOT match! Find similar tones, don’t be afraid of patterns
or texture but find a good balance. I love helping clients choose their clothing for sessions,
so please don’t hesitate to ask for my style advice!
Can I scan your images?
Absolutely not. My work is copyright protected and it is illegal to copy, scan or reproduce
your session images in any manner. If you would like a web sized, watermarked image for you to
display as your profile picture on Facebook or to email to a friend or family member, please just ask.
I am more than happy to provide any image that has been ordered in the web sized version
for you to use online. If you purchase the digital files, I will provide web sized versions of each image purchased.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the custom nature of my work, refunds are not available.
However, I always want my clients to be satisfied and will work with
you to insure you love your session and your images.
