I am SUPER excited to announce my official return to work following my extended maternity leave! While I have thoroughly enjoyed every last moment I have spent with my family, I have also missed photography and working with all my adorable clients! With all the excitement of my return, I wanted to let my clients join in the celebration and what better way than a mini session event!?
The session will be at the location of my choice and last approximately 3o minutes. You will receive 8-10 images in your own online password protected gallery following our session. Special pricing and packages will be available for this awesome event!
There are many reasons to take advantage of a mini session event:
- your baby reached an exciting new milestone
- you haven’t had a picture with your child in years
- that missing front tooth is just too cute
- because it is amazing deal and tons of fun
Due to time constraints, mini sessions best serve small families and children able to sit on there own. If you do not fall in this category, please contact me for a full session.
Mini session spots are extremely limited and will book quickly, please contact me ASAP to reserve your spot!

What a seriously awesome day…it couldn’t have been any better. I am so beyond blessed that I was able to be home with my family and not in the hospital for Christmas this year! Olivia was so super excited and I don’t think I have ever seen her happier, it was awesome! This was the first year she has really understood the concept of “Santa” and really was excited about every single gift she got. It was so fun to see her having such a blast! Although I am on bedrest, I was totally able to participate and be a part of the gift opening celebration with her and the family. I managed to take some snapshots of the morning and for the first time ever, I actually had some free time to blog them on the same day, wow! So, Merry Christmas everyone and Happy Birthday Jesus! Thank you to everyone who has prayed for me and Marlowe this holiday season…we beyond appreciate all of you!
This was our 1st Christmas at home (we always go back home to my parents, but not allowed this year for obvious reasons) and she ran down the stairs to see what Santa brought for her…

her first sighting of her stocking and Santa gift…

opening her Santa gift…

OMG…an ipod touch!

wow…now I have my very own! I can leave my mom’s iphone alone!

hmmmm, what could be in here?!

diggin’ in…

oh wow…a BIG candy cane!

a chocolate santa too!

oh how fun…bath crayons!

loving going through her stocking…

score…an apple!

annnnnnnd the See’s Candy snowman candy cane she begged Santa for!

sitting in the stocking goody pile…playing with her ipod touch!

Holding her Skippy Jons Jones stuffy guy to go along with her 5 Skippy Jons Jones books! And don’t forget to notice her new Ugg slippers!

And her very favorite gift of the day…her Zhu Zhu pet that she lovingly named “Hank”.

Hank hanging out on Livvy’s gift pile…

Soooooo, that was just a few of Livvy’s many special gifts she got from her family….she also got a pink & yellow plasma car, an entire awesome art set from her grandparents (coloring books, crayons, markers, sidewalk chalk, paint, lap tray to color next to mommy on the couch, etc), lots of clothes, sticker books and more crayons from her aunt Sue & uncle Russell and many more very awesome things that she is in love with. She says “thanks” to everyone!!!
I am so glad I got to be a part of this day and that Marlowe is still tucked safe inside my belly for now. Merry Christmas!!!

Tonight I had so much fun working with my photographer friend Cecily and her adorable family! Aren’t they the most adorable family ever?! Eli is just the most handsome little guy…his eyes are just gorgeous!!! And he made me work for smiles and eye contact since the camera being in his face is nothing new to him! I had a blast guys…thanks for hanging out!

Well, we had every intention of doing a family shot using the self timer on my camera…up until we realized our tripod only holds a video camera and not an actual DSLR, bummer. So, since we were there I was planning on being in front of the camera anyway, which makes me sick to my stomach, I went ahead and let my husband take mine & Livvy’s picture together. I am not gonna lie, I feel totally ugly, but I feel so happy to have this. I have maybe 1 or 2 pictures of myself with her since her birth, so this is SPECIAL.
